We have Lennox HVAC unit in our motor home and it has been extremely reliable and we have had no issues. We opted for the additional warranty and setting it up was very easy and stress free. We highly recommend this company for their quality built products and their additional warranties they offer.

Lennox is taking 4 weeks to replace a 3-month-old compressor on a new 4-ton unit put in this summer. Abismal performance and they don't answer the local HVAC installer request for information. If we were talking a few days I am just a spoiled customer. Sorry but this is now 29 days later and no delivery notification for the replacement yet. The temp at night does get to the mid-upper 70s by sunrise. Find another brand to save yourself this missery.

just had an older AC unit replaced with a Carrier AC. contractor offered us a great install rate before the season gets busy here in Florida, using heat currently but can already see a difference in the energy bill. Be sure that any new AC unit is 16+ for SEER rating if you can get a tax credit and check to see if contractor is listed with your power provider so you can get a rebate- keeping cool
