I had to write this because Prestige Home Guard really impressed me. They make everything so easy, even cancellations, which most companies make complicated on purpose. Their service call fee is very low, and they actually delivered on their promise. My LG refrigerator completely died, and instead of fighting me on it like other companies do, they replaced it with a new fridge. The coverage is also one of the best parts. Other home warranty companies usually stop at one thousand dollars, but Prestige goes up to five thousand dollars, which is a huge difference and gives you real peace of mind. The 30 days waiting period is nothing compared to the quality of service I’ve received.

A technician has been assigned quickly each time (mostly within 24 hours), and the issue has been resolved on the first and only visit. The vendors they assign are true professionals.
