I have a three-year contract with Liberty Home Guard. That was a serious mistake. Don't fall for their "special" rates. It is impossible to reach their service department. They don't respond to emails and don't respond to calls. What is the point of having a home warranty when you can't reach them, especially during an emergency, such as flooding or AC not working (in the middle of terrible heat waves).

I would often have to have follow up services for the same issue. Plus, I would have to remind them that the service call was for the same issue to avoid paying an additional service fee.
