Be sure to read the fine print. They say they will cover something but in the fine print there is always a catch. Their customer service isn't all that helpful. They will say they are there to serve you, but they just try to get out of paying what they say they will pay. Unless you know people, they won't hold up their end of the bargain. It's very frustrating. I would not recommend them.

We live in Texas. In the dead of summer last year our AC unit stopped working and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. They did not pay to put us up in a hotel even after we requested. We were forced to impose on a friend that whole time, the food in our house went bad, crayons melted, our carpet smelled singed for a month afterward. It was 98 degrees in my house and I had a two year old and an infant baby. I had to call them every day to get things moving along in my service request. It was an absolute nightmare. They employed a mediocre company who did a sloppy job installing the new unit which resulted in it breaking again and they had to return to fix it again a few days later. All the while I might it was getting hotter and hotter and more humid. The service company still hasn’t removed the old broken unit from my property even though I’ve emailed them multiple times. Landmark ended up refunding me my service fee and $250. But I still ended up paying close to $1000 by the time the entire debacle was over.

Have really not had a great experience with them. We live in Texas and our AC went out and it took them over a month to get it repaired, which displaced us for that entire time and they were unwilling to pay for any displacement costs. They also frequently told us about conversations that they had had with the company they were working with to repair our AC, and when we talked about those conversations with the company they were unaware of any of the things that landmark claimed they said. We were very disappointed in the customer service as well as the reliability of this company. Would not recommend them to anyone.
