Shady practices. It is common for a home warranty to pay for repairs. What Select does not tell you is that you must pay for your approved repairs and then apply and wait for a refund.

I not sure why a company would be rated as number 1 if once you file a claim it's denied. You are provide this isn't covered under dash dash numbers clause. Service contract was cancelled due to why paid for something when you attempt to use you are denied. At your own risk .
