I put in a claim last week because we thought our hot water heater was going out, but come to find out the issue wasn’t the hot water heater. It was the pipe that leads from my kitchen sink down to where the hot water heater is. The plumber was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly . What I love about Ideal Home Warranty there is always someone to call to give me an update or answer any questions I have about my claims. Filing a claim with Ideal Home Warranty is so easy.

My garbage disposal was acting up. Ideal Home Warranty had a plumber come out the next day and authorized him to replace the unit immediately. I could not be happier with the whole experience and how it was handled.The service I received from Ideal Home Warranty was excellent. This company is professional, reliable and offers fast service.

I have had an ideal policy for almost a year and have had 4 different service calls. All were repaired promptly, and all were done with repair service companies that I would be using after I no longer carry a home warranty. I love this company!

Susan was very helpful to me.She helped me put in my claim for my air conditioner at 7am . At 10am that day the technician came to my house and got my ac running. I really love the quick service. I don't do well in the summer heat.Thank you so much.

Very good customer service. I spoke to Karen. She handled my claim very quickly. I am glad that I got her on the line.She sent someone to fix my ac that broke down the previous night. I am impressed with the work the technician did. I appreciate the swift service.

My built in microwave broke down. I couldn’t warm up my leftovers. I did my claim with Ideal Home Warranty over the phone. Their reps are very professional and they're willing to help all the time. I got a new microwave shipped to me in 3 days. Ideal Home Warranty is the best warranty company I have experience with.

I had a faulty burner from my oven range. I contacted Ideal, and they immediately sent the experienced technicians to fix my range that same day. I really appreciate the care and attention. I’d also like to mention that Earl was super nice and patient with me when I called to get a status update on my claim.
