Seller Coverage

If you cancel before the effective date, a full refund will be issued. After that, fees will be deducted from your refund. While this gives you the freedom to cancel during the waiting period before your warranty coverage starts, a full refund is not available once it starts.

  • If you cancel up to 10 days after the effective date, you are eligible for a refund, less a $25 processing fee and any amount that the provider paid for service.

When I first signed up, I hadn't had any problems with the appliances or anything else in my house. Just recently, the AC wasn't cooling enough for summer, so I went online and filled out the paper work to request service. I got a call back within 30 minutes - everything was just handled so well. The response time was just unheard of. I was thinking it would take 3-4 hours t hear back from somebody. It seems to be everything that it was advertised for as far as what all it covers and what procedures you can get. I got the top level of service and really felt like they did a good job.

Last month my AC went out and I had to call them to help, and that's what they did. When I bought my house you guys called me about an extended warranty. The guy was really nice and he explained everything. It's taken awhile for them to finally get back to me. You're not able to like talk to a representative and put in your request that way. I really do feel like they're a good company and they're very professional. I do like them a lot. Overall they're really good at their job, but it seems like they hired a couple people that don't fully understand what's going on with issues for AC and emergencies. It was about 90 degrees in the house and I was trying to convey that this is an emergency situation and that didn't really click on their half until I got a hold of someone to push it. It took a very long time and multpile cnractors and visits to get the AC repaired, but when we had a plumbing issue I had a call from a contractor and an appointent set 10 minutes after submitting the claim. They've been really good except for the AC thing.

Most times it was very easy process. I just went online, put in the request and I always received a call back in a very timely manner from the company that they contracted with. And I would say 8 times out of 10 the the resolved and it was easy. From my understanding the idea is that they wanted to fix things before they really break, yet a couple times I was denied repairs because things weren't really broken yet. There was clearly something wrong, so I called a different company and they did some repairs and fixed the issue. Also hold times are way too long and I can't take the music for too long.

I think they are very good. I've used used them quite a bit. The last time I used them my hot water heater went out. I called them and they sent someone out. He diagnosed that it needed to be replaced so they came back and replaced it and it everything went smoothly. I have never had any issues with the technicians. Two to ten is better than all of the other home warranties that I've used in the past.

They are very attentive to my needs. As soon as I put in a service request they immediately seem to get it fulfilled. I've used the warranty twice, once to get my air conditioning adjusted and the person was very nice very professional. The second time was for plumbing and the first time I used the plumber and it did not resolve the issue, so two to ten rectified it by sending him back out the next week and we found the problem and the leak was fixed.

My air conditioner had died on me and I needed to open a claim for that and initiate finding a technician or a company that would come out within a couple weeks. I worked with two to ten and they were able to give me some options that allowed me to bring in someone local to diagnose the issue and we were able to then go find another technician who was within network who was able to come quickly and remedy the issue.

Even though my policy probably was barely two weeks old I was glad that we had a warranty because they didn't hesitate to make sure someone came out and resolve the issue we had. There was some kind of electrical issues with lights not working and a power socket not working, so the contractors they sent out came out and figured out what the issue was and resolved it. They're just a great company. The kind of work we needed can be expensive, though just having to pay a hundred dollars out of my pocket is saving more than if I didn't have coverage.

Customers support is excellent because they do a lot of follow through which is very important. They make sure the products are working and the company is trustworthy and reputable. I would definitely recommend it. When I first moved in my house there was a problem in the garage and I called him and the contractor came immediately and fixed it and I was amazed. My experience with them has been good. I am very likely to recommend. I just recently needed to use it because the shower handle basically came off. Every Time I've called, the person has come out when they said they would so it's been pretty good. The money is a little high but they fix your problems for you. I've never had a problem with trusting them. My air conditioning unit went out and I had to have it repaired. I've never had a bad experience with 2-10.

I have to use my warranty today. They give me a time frame and then they show up during that time. They also gave me good feedback and responded about getting back to me to stop the problem. I will continue to keep up that warranty on our home as long I own that home.

Monthly prices have gone up a lot since I first started. The providers have been excellent. It just takes a long time, about two weeks, to get a garbage disposal issue worked out. They initially sent an electrician and then it turned out we needed someone for the garbage disposal. It wasn't a major problem, but it did take a a couple of weeks and a lot of calls. It takes a long toime to get a question answered and they always direct you to go online for it, but some questions can't be answered online. Calls have been dropped while I'm on hold and then the wait is extended even more.

It is difficult to reach customer support at times. We had to be on hold for hours at a time, sometimes in order to get person to talk to. Our refrigerator failed and we had to put in a request, however it's been a bit of a long drawn out process. The first four contractors two to ten sent out were able to replace one part and then told us they were not certified to work on refrigeration. The 5th contractor that came out recommended replacement, and so we are getting a replacement unit sometime in the not too distant future.

I needed to get my AC fixed at one of my properties. Last week I submitted a claim on Friday and didn't hear back until Monday afternoon saying they had no one in network and that I was responsible for finding someone. This was a voicemail and was followed up with an e-mail with instructions and unfortunately the instructions were written for a lawyer. They were written full of legal language. It was very difficult to understand and the number provided leads to their general line where again the reps simply were not trained on how to answer those questions and were unsuccessful with transferring me to someone who could answer those questions.

We had some plumbing issues and I waited on the phone for almost an hour on hold trying to get a representative and when I finally did get a representative they were they explain processes that went online and I actually put the information in. It just wasn't a great experience because the first person I put in and they never showed up after sitting at my house after I took the day off from work and they never showed up. So I lost time and money because I was waiting on someone to show and they never showed up. They need more representatives and better vendors that are more reliable.

The service is horrible. When calling in to speak with a live person instead of having to do things through a portal you have to wait hours to get someone on the phone. It hads been a month since I submitted a claim about my washer. There was a leak and they said they needed a replacement part and now they are saying the washer needs to be replaced and it has been a very long time waiting without a washer.

The representatives are helpful when I can get a hold of someone, but their website is pretty hard to navigate and to figure out. I needed a replacement circuit breaker and they came out pretty quickly, so from beginning time of submitting a claim to getting someone out was really quick.

One problem that I noticed was that the telephone number listed on the website was not a working number so I had to get the number from somewhere else. When I do get in contact with them my questions are being answered. I used my warranty a couple weeks ago and it was a good experience. The service provider came and made the necessary repairs.

Had a leak and there was some miscomunication and delay in authorizing the repair. So once it was authorized they ordered the part, so now I have to wait even longer for the repair to be done, all the while my floor is constantly wet because of it. Response times and hold times are extremely long. I havr had the same problem with my air conditionind unit every year, so every year I have to pay for mutiple repairs, so I don't understand why they don't just replace it.

I live in Arizona and right now it's well into the triple digits and my AC went out this afternoon. I couldn't put the claim in online due to technical problems. After speaking with a customer service representative I learned they didn't have any AC technicians in-the-network available. I had to leave my house because it was too hot to stay and I checked the AC unit outside and it wasn't working at all. I'm very disappointed there are no AC technicians to help me and I wasn't given an ETA on when I would be able to receive service.

In April we had them come out and they said that they put Freon in it then it cooled off so we didn't have to use it for a few weeks and I turned it back on it didn't work. We just couldn't get anybody to get out here and fix it and they kept telling me I couldn't ask for who I wanted to come out and fix it. When I finally was able to get who I wanted, they fixed it in no time.

Recently it's been very hard to get in touch with them. One issue is that everything's automated and it's hard to get a live person call. I have a leak in one of the pipes in my basement. And I used the warranty to get that fixed. Claim was submitted. The vendor was assigned, they came when they said they would and they completed the work, I was very satisfied.

Response time is sometimes lacking. I had to use it twice. The first time there was an issue with the dishwasher and the guy was able to come out the next day but the other time it took a couple of weeks until their person could actually head out to my house.

I haven't had any issues with them. Every time I need any type of work order I get through right away. Although I use the website, but I've had to call and they seem to work with the homeowners so they're pretty customer oriented. We don't always get the best technicians but that isn't 2-10's fault. There are some competitors that are a little cheaper. But 2-10 is decently cost effective, convenient and reliable. I have been pleased with them so far.

Very receptive when I called. They attended to my concerns, they were perfect. The first time I used the warranty was for the garage door opener and the young man came out with very personable repairs, he repaired the garage in less than 30 minutes. The second time was for a garbage disposal that went bad and the young man came and in less than an hour removed the old and defective and installed a brand new one. We had good experience with them and we appreciate the quickness.

I believe I used the warranty for my air conditioner. And when I called it in, the next day somebody responded. It took a week to get someone out here, and once he got here he was wonderful. He was nice, he was efficient. He got things done and was gone within 25 min. Every year the price goes up. But the technicians I have dealt with were wonderful. I just wish we could call in person rather than having to do it all online.

Every time I've made a call to start a claim, I've been dealt with promptly and given all the information. Our water heater went out and we called the warranty company and they set us up with an appointment and had the company come to check things out. My deductible was only $16.00 so it worked out pretty good. They always answer my questions or find answers for me if they don't know.
