Don’t even consider a warranty program with this company. Don’t send them any money, because you won’t receive their promised value in exchange. Don’t call them for service, unless you enjoy being placed on endless ‘HOLD’, or being hung-up on. Don’t trust that they will call you back, even if they insist they will. Don’t believe they have a real corporate office. Don’t ever ask for a copy of your HOME WARRANTY document, because you will not receive one. Don’t hope to find any aspect of their website to be useful, because it’s not. Don’t ever expect to ‘ hear back from their manager’, because you won’t. Don’t try to find a BBB rating for them, because there is none. Whatever you do, don’t do it with American Home Coverage. I did it, and I sincerely regret it.

very shady and illegal marketing tactics. I started receiving spam text messages and when i called and asked to be put on the do not call list they insisted I would not be contacted again but the calls and texts continued. I called again and they were very rude and threatened to blow my phone up. After checking their reviews on BBB and Trustpilot I realized that they are not a legitimate company.
