ABC Home Services Reviews

This is the first time dealing with ABC Homes Services and I've called and spoke with an "off-site" representative and they can only submit a request to have a specialist call me back. This is awful service, I've had to cancel the contractor twice because I am not getting a confirmation on services the warranty covers. I just called again and they rep is going to send another message to this "mystery" group to call me back....I am still waiting.

Abc home warranty is a sham they collect your money and when the house that we bought needed a new ac unit because the one we had quit ,non reparable,abc home warranty said a contractor would call when he called he was rude would not see our unit for two weeks,we thought abc home warranty would replace the unit that the previos owners had a part put on the unit that was not suspose to be there,to make it run way beyond its life expectancy,they said they would process a check Friday of last week,now they don't want to talk to me.it is a sad day for us and to deal with abc home warranty
