We had ABC for over 5 years. They were great to work with. Customer service was great and they got me a contractor out right away on several issues that they we had . Their contractors were knowledgeable and professional. I have worked in the construction industry and know what they are doing. Hate that they sold out to a company that is in no way comparable to what we had

I do not have this warranty. I'm trying to fill put a review on the services they provide. I have used them for over 20 years for pest control and have always been almost totally bug free. I see a spider every now and then. The technicians are always polite and respectful. They cover their shoes with booties before entering my house and I have the same person time after time.

This is the first time dealing with ABC Homes Services and I've called and spoke with an "off-site" representative and they can only submit a request to have a specialist call me back. This is awful service, I've had to cancel the contractor twice because I am not getting a confirmation on services the warranty covers. I just called again and they rep is going to send another message to this "mystery" group to call me back....I am still waiting.

Abc home warranty is a sham they collect your money and when the house that we bought needed a new ac unit because the one we had quit ,non reparable,abc home warranty said a contractor would call when he called he was rude would not see our unit for two weeks,we thought abc home warranty would replace the unit that the previos owners had a part put on the unit that was not suspose to be there,to make it run way beyond its life expectancy,they said they would process a check Friday of last week,now they don't want to talk to me.it is a sad day for us and to deal with abc home warranty
