They were the first home security company I went with when we moved out of state to a new home. Not knowing the neighborhood since we were new, we also have young kids, and my husband starts work between 1am-4am, I felt more secure having a security system. When ordering our internet and television we saw they also offered home security, I ordered that too! I loved the security tablet they gave you ..you can arm, disarm, watch cameras, set schedules, etc..If we had it set to arm away, if we didn't type in passcode within a minute they would call and then call police if there was no answer or if you answered the wrong security question. They were really fast at responding, that made me feel so secure..What I didn't like is, they only allow so many windows and doors which aren't many and to add more, the prices are High. There are definitely much cheaper competitors out there but you also get what you pay for..if you want fast response time and save a few bucks if you have internet or TV with them, go for it! I recommend.

Xfinity home security has a lot of great features that also tie into your digital package and if you have Internet TV you can use a lot of those features right on your TV which is very cool and the customer supports very fast knowledgeable and they can service your security system remotely

We feel safe with our Xfinity Security System. It's easy to use and puts at ease knowing we are safe when we are home or away. We do wish it were more affordable. It seems expensive but were willing to pay it for peace of mind.

Just got Xfinity home security this year. I like hearing that "ding" any time a door opens or closes - I like knowing what's happening in and around my home. We only got it because it ended up being a good deal when we bundled the internet/tv/etc.

They are pricey but they are worth it. I have had Xfinity home security for over seven years and they have updated their equitptment at no extra charge.

Strong company. Good product and support. I only switched because it was a bit pricey. There are a lot of new and more competitive security companies.

Awesome security options! Rather pricey however it goes for market price. The options of surveillance are diverse and awesome coverage.
