We have five Wyze cameras - three are indoor and powered by an electric cord; the other two are outside and powered by rechargeable batteries. They were very easy to set up and install. The app to control them is easy to navigate and learn. It's easy to customize what and where we want to record movement. They have great nighttime vision. For the most part, the app correctly identifies what was recorded (person, vehicle, package, etc); there are times, though, when it says there was a person, but no person was visible in the recording. It's pretty sensitive to movement... we have a flag on our shed in the backyard and it captures even the shadows of the flag moving. The service is affordable and easy to customize (add/remove cameras to/from, etc). We also purchased some stick-on camera mounts for the indoor cameras to reduce glare from lights in the rooms where they are located. Those work really well. We've only had problems with the cameras a few times - they've lost connection to our network and didn't record anything all night a few times, but we just unplug them and/or restart them and they connect again. The app allowed us to check on our home while out of state on vacation. There is an alarm option, but we haven't tried that yet (don't want to scare our cats or neighbors). Overall, we've been pleased with our purchases of Wyze cameras and service.

Well, started off getting cameras about 3 years ago. Was a bit hesitant since they were going thru growing pains, especially on software. However, haven't had an issue at all the past 1.5 years. Encouraged us to try the home monitor and system and it is easy to set up with window, door and motion alarms. On the monitor, accidentally tripped it got a call within 1 minute from the monitoring service.

I have 2 wyze cameras on my home. Lights up and films any person for 12 seconds. Thats all you need. Got him pictured for 12 seconds! And cops get his picture.

Wyze is a solid home security company, budget or not. They have a variety of cameras, sensors, and monitoring. I get to watch my pets from home and know my place is safe.

Easy to install. Easy to understand. Great lights & alarm. So many products to choose from & built sturdy.
