We had Wise for 4 plus years. The install was great. I loved the app to control the temperature in the house. Unfortunately, we had some sensors that quit working and I called to get them replaced. I was told there would be a $70 fee for a technician, plus a fee to replace the broken sensors. I asked them if they would consider dropping the fees because I had been a customer for 4+ years and I had been paying way past my contract. Unfortunately, they declined so I cancelled my relationship with them. I also cancelled 3 days after the billing cycle and asked for a refund or to at least to continue using the service until the next billing cycle and I was denied. I also wish I wouldn't have purchased their thermostats because now I don't have a working app! Something to think about! Not impressed! It's too bad when you actually need to use a service you have paid over $2,500 for, they hang you out to dry!
