The sales person was on top of everything, and kind of lead us through the process. We learned a lot of technology stuff, and the follow up on that was great. So far, we've only had one issue with the contact on a slider door, but they took care of it right away. Their service has been incredible. They are very knowledgeable people, very friendly and they just get the job done.

I've never had any issues with customer support. They've always been able to help me fix my issues as needed. For the most part, the equipment is very great. It's basic, but for my little home, it's just what I need. Besides, the installation process was very quick and easy. I think it was Kevin that came over; he was very nice and knowledgeable. He even taught me a few things about the system, and told me what I needed to do. The company itself is good. Their people in the office are really nice as well, they know what they're doing as well.

The installation process was perfect! We only had one slight problem with my sensor because my walls aren't straight, but besides that, the system is very user friendly. I feel very safe with it. I like that I can operate this on my phone, and it's very easy to use. On top of that, their agents are superb! They handle my issues within hours. I try to get them more customers now!

I think their system is very user friendly, and the equipment in the home is pleasant. It has a great functionality, and the app that comes with it is also very good. Plus, installing it wasn't hard. For the most part, the agent that was there was extremely careful. He was literally there nearly the entire day, installing the system and bringing it up to speed. There was a faulty sensor that was remotely disabled by their customer service, and that did take about a month to get replaced. Customer support has been absolutely excellent, even after hours and at night. They were always willing to be on the phone and tried their best to address the issues remotely. It's a very prompt service. The only negative thing I'd say is that the 2nd person that came over to fix the faulty sensor was not as great as the first one in terms of respect and interface with the customer.

I've had no problems with the system so far. The technicians that came over explained everything during the hook up, and I've had no problems with them. It was quick and easy, and they were very good. We've never had a home security that was available on our phones, and it works wonderful, so we're very happy with that.

We've had numerous false alarms recently, due to my dog and an issue with my garage door, and they've been very good in calling us right away. They've been very patient with us as we resolve those issues. We even had 3 alarms in one day, and they were very polite and understanding. I just think that the garage door sensor doesn't have much value, since it is constantly going off. However, it's not their fault; it's just how the door works.

The sales team is pretty good, but they're not flexible in terms of trying to make changes. The technology is certainly there, but after the initial set up, it's difficult to make any changes. However, I do have to say that the gentleman that installed it for me did a good job. He was very detailed, and spent a lot of time on it. He even aligned the front door for me before completing his work. It's just very difficult to make changes, because there's additional fees, and it gets very complicated to add something when you have to pay for somebody to come out each time.

I ordered a DIY systems from Uxari. They sent me the equipment quickly, and in the time that they quoted for it to arrive at my door (arrived in 3 days!!) It was a simple 1-2-3 process. I was surprised to see the type of equipment that I had received, honestly, I was expecting something cheap and flimsy to arrive. I've had other services in the past from service provides such as ADT, and Xfinity home in the more current years. For the price that I was charged from ADT I got what I paid for so to speak, and with Xfinity home I would say it was overpriced for the equipment; however, that was far from the case with Uxari. You know the saying, "What you pay for, is what you get." Well that definity is true. While Uxari may not be the cheapet company out there, it is most certainly worth it. They gvave me different options for pricing and payment, and also let me know that I can add pretty much anything onto my system/home later down the line. Everything is sort of like a "plug and play" type of thing. The only thing I had to do, was call and activate upon receiving my system, everything was already pre-programmed. So I didn't have to wait for any downloading etc.

I have had nothing but issues with UXARI. They took over my Alarm.com security system. I added a camera to the system. It took a long time to get it installed. It worked a couple months then quit. They have to come to my house to determine what is wrong. The camera is under warranty, but their labor is not. I had to pay up front $125 just to schedule a service appointment. The date they gave me for service was not the date they put in their system. Now I had to reschedule the appointment and the soonest they could schedule was 10 days out. What good is a security system if when it breaks you have to wait 10 days to get service. At the same time my alarm system is not working. I get false alarms 3 or 4 times a day. Again, what good is their service if It takes 10 days to fix a problem with a home security system?? Horrible!

The purchase of security cameras for my new townhome have been an absolute disappointment. I have had the 4 camera system for 6months and anytime the power goes out the cameras no longer work. You have to manually hit a reset button which requires several tries. . We split time between the new townhome in Florida and our other home in virginia. Often we r not there to do a reset. My $50 fifth camera from Best Buy works fine regardless of power or internet loss The expensive system from Uxari is junk.

This company has terrible customer service, exorbitant fees for repairing their own equipment, forced contracts and faulty equipment. Also have cameras in the touch key pads, which have not been disclosed. I do not want "Big Brother" in my rooms watching me. They can see me at any time. I was never shown a contract. This entire community is forced to use this company. PLEASE BEWARE

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They tell you they have a year warranty on their products and when you call them in the warranty period they come out to tell you everything is working fine even though it isn’t. After the one year is over and you call them for the same problem, they come back and they tell you the equipment is not working and charge you a large fee to repair the problem that they should have repaired at no charge under the warranty. They are very shady. Would try to find a different company
