We have had a Supreme Security system in our home for over 30 years. Their monitoring service is exceptional. When we inquired about upgrading, we were introduced to their Sales Rep, Colleen, who helped us select meaningful upgrades, and remained involved throughout and subsequent to the installation process. The quality and appearance of the upgraded system components are impressive, exceeded only by the knowledge, professionalism and impeccable neatness we experienced during the installation process. The friendly team of Adam, whose knowledge and expertise in camera placement and installation was exceptional, and Miguel whose neatness and attention to detail left the additional monitoring devices virtually unnoticeable, reinforced our satisfaction of being a Supreme customer for so many years. The company's comprehensive offerings allows for the simplicity of one point of contact for the overall security of our home.

A 3 camera closed circuit tv system was installed 8 months ago. The goal of the system was for my wife to monitor the home from her iPhone. She can no longer see the cameras on her iPhone. Something has failed and the company wants to charge us to fix it, so the support is terrible.

Do not use them... I have spent thousands of dollars with them Found out today our alarm has not been hooked up to central monitoring. No one calls back The installation was a nightmare The monitoring fees are high and obviously worthless. I have asked that Robert B the owner call me back but no answer yet... Seriously, go elsewhere for your security needs. I think I will have to spend more with another company now
