I have had Suddenlink for several years, and had no problems getting it serviced, then they sold the company. Now they say the equipment is their's but it no longer has a warranty, and that I have to buy new equipment. Also with the new equipment the monitoring will increase about 35%. I am looking for a new company for my cable, internet, phone and security. They send you a bill and is is due in 3 to 5 days, we pay it the night we receive it and mail it the next morning, and it takes them 10 to 15 days to post it so they charge me $10 late fee. I have had Suddenlink for many years and NEVER had a late fee until they sold out. It is not the company I am used to dealing with.

Suddenlink's website no longer lists home security as a product they offer. Suddenlink's customer service automated phone system will route you to a home security menu, but that menu dumps you back to Suddenlink's main menu. My conclusion, Suddenlink has silently stepped away from honoring any home security service, past or present. Totally unprofessional

Suddenlink's Connect Home is one of the the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are scam artists and will sell you a security system that does not work and that does not have support that helps whatsoever. They are all nice while they take your money and put up worthless cameras. After that you are on your own as they bill you monthly for something that doesn't work. When you try to get your money back they hang up on you after you wait in line on the phone for upwards to an hour at a time. This company should be shut down!
