1. Sentry Alarm system took over my office building monitoring service by the end of 2024. 2. I decided to cancel it due to Sentry's horrible online reviews. 3. I called them and Sentry seems okay to proceed by saying that I should receive email for cancellation. 4. 1/7/2025, I replied Sentry's email by please cancel it. 5. 1/9/2025, I received another email requesting another reconfirmation for cancellation and sign a release which has a "HIDDEN Fee" never mentioned before. 6. Both sales are a. Laura P b. Lisa S 7. They just want your money. If Sentry provide good services, they won't have 2.3 (41 reviews) with Yelp, right?

I have had Sentry Security for many years now. I live in an unincorporated area and have had a few times when my alarm has gone off. Response time has been terrific. Rates are reasonable and the equipment is well monitored and well maintained. Again, I have had them for probably 7 or 8 years. No complaints at all.
