The owner Joe R was present during the installation process and available later that afternoon when I panicked and had questions. I phoned him directly. Both workers were friendly but respectful at all times. That is important when a female is alone during a service call. Everything was cleaned up and left properly. No question seemed too small. After just experiencing the sales pitch of one of the top name companies, paying them, then requesting a refund, Joe’s company was a relaxing and honest experience.
