Unfortunately, OmniGuard Security does not provide any pricing on their website. That means you have to contact them if you want pricing for anything they have to offer. However, that could also mean they will customize a plan for you so you don't have to pay for features you don't use. But they don't specify either way on their website so you'll have to contact them for more information. OmniGuard Security doesn't disclose whether or not they require you to sign a contract for their services on their website, but on the phone they stated they have 36-month contracts. Additionally, they don't state what their cancellation policy is and how much it would cost if you choose to cancel your services prior to the end of your contract if they have one. It's also not clear whether this company offers any type of money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with their products and services. Additionally, it's also not clear if they offer any type of warranty either. We would like to see them provide these peace of mind features and prominently display them on their website. This could provide their customers the extra assurance they need to make a commitment to OmniGuard and to using their products and services.
The Bottom Line
OmniGuard Security has a wide variety of positive reviews and awards to show they are meeting or exceeding their customers' expectations. And, they use Alarm.com that allows their users to access, monitor, and control their systems remotely and in real-time. We also like the fact that they use a totally wireless cellular system which is the most secure type of system available. However, we would like to see them add some pricing examples to their website, or at least a starting price for their services. This would help their customers determine whether or not they can actually afford those services before wasting their time having to call. Additionally, we also feel they should add some basic contract information to their website so people can make an educated decision about whether or not this company is a good fit without having to take the time to call.
