Had to get Attorney General and BBB both involved with my issue. double charges on my account and again NO WORKING ALARM for 19 months. They will put you on hold for 30 minutes minimum then hang up until you give up.

Worse customer service. I had it for 6 years. Rude customer service and doesn’t stand behind there equipment. And on hold for over an hour every time. Never go with this company.

Horrible service. Contract limits competition by automatic renewals. Seems like a violation of antitrust laws. I replaced my system with another company and it took over 6 hours for Northstar to contact me.
