One of the worst things about this company is the lack of information it provides to a potential customer. Though Mountain Alarm tells you what types of security it offers, the company has no pricing information on their website and nothing to tell you on whether or not you can purchase equipment through the company. Though Mountain Alarm tells you what each product can offer you, (for example, home automation can help you arm and disarm your system from away) it doesn't list the products the company uses, other than an obvious "powered by alarm.com" message on all of the web pages. Without any sort of FAQ section, the website is practically useless other than for the simple listing of the phone number.

In the end, Mountain Alarm seems like it would be a good option for those customers in Utah, Colorado, and Idaho, especially because of the great reviews and ratings they have online; however, there needs to be more information for potential customers online to determine whether or not its prices are appropriate for their services, whether or not the company accept customers with other equipment, and what types of equipment it uses. Because of this lack of information provided on the website, this isn't a company we would recommend to consumers.
