We did take a lightning strike and fortunately for us there, Loud was very prompt and came back out the next day to change the motherboard. Then we had a short outtage recently last week. I called to remedy that because it was setting off the alarm system. So I say the equipment is fine. There's always the latest and greatest and it will probably be time for us to upgrade soon, but right now we're doing great. If I ever have a problem, they are always prompt to give me a solution and figure out what's going wrong or replace equipment that that might have been defective. They've always done very well.

The actual representative that came when I had my second install was really nice and very helpful. She came to my office and got everything set up. Also, whenever I call with something they're always quick to respond. Once you get with a system, there's so many other components that come with it, but I live in an apartment so I was only able to use two. So there are things I can't actually use.

They keep up with the times and I've had to upgrade when needed so I wasn't lost in the shuffle keeping older, outdated equipment. They have great customer service because someone always answers the phone when I had a question and they are just very responsive.

Service technicians were GREAT! very professional, fast, answered all my questions and cleaned up/move items back after installation. HUGE area of improvement needed - customer service. Had to call THREE times to get info on the alarm system/camera set up. I had 1 camera installed and asked for a second (tech said they'd call to schedule) but I NEVER received a call. I also asked for the total amt to be sent BEFORE installation and it never was.

when I call them I usually get a call back pretty quickly. I've had this system for a number of years. Recently, I've had a few problems in that sometimes when the alarm goes off, I don't ever get a call. I've been told that it's a problem with the cell tower. I have been thinking of giving up my land line, and if I do that then I will have to get rid of the security system because it goes by my land line.

They sent me a contract that was completely unacceptable. I found several issues with it and told them I would not sign. One issue I had was a 30-day prior notice of cancellation. Another was the contract stating it had the right to go on my property at any time to service or remove "their" equipment. I had paid for the equipment so why sign something that says it is theirs. I refused to sign the contract and expected that my dealing with them ended when I stopped paying for months in advance. They refused to provide me service without a contract. Still, they insist that I pay for services that were not provided. I offered a compromise to pay for 2 of three months that they failed to disconnect my service. I considered that my service ended, so in reality, I did not feel I should pay for any of the 3 months. I was willing to pay for 1 month just to give them 30 days, or 2 months if they provided me with an invoice for only 2 months. Their response so far is that I am lucky that they were not holding me to pay for more months, insisting on holding me to the contract I refused to sign or pay for.

This use to be a great company. My very expensive camera system they sold and install has had repeated issues. Three of my four cameras are not working and they can’t fix the issue. Won’t return calls, keep putting me off, no one gets back to you ever, this is going on four months. Horrible customer service no one that answered the main lines can get anyone to help. Run away from these guys seriously!

Poor customer service by Pam in the billing department. Her tone and inability to communicate my account status. Poor customer service in your maintenance department. I called and they didn't simply want to refresh the system or see what they could do in the office to test the equipment to see why it was not getting a call through the alarm service. Did not receive any notification or information about a new alarm monitoring company. There are a bunch of smart mouth, simple-minded employees working for your company.
