I've had Global Security at our rural home and other income properties for 15+ years. I've found them helpful and dependable all during that time. We've expanded the system as we've added on to the home. They come out and troubleshot the system rapidly when problems arose, provided phone assistance to my spouse when she forgot how to use it. The only issue I've had was when they wanted to upgrade my system to another which would lesson their cost but increase mine as well as reduce features they didn't know my system had.
