Be very careful when signing a contract with this company. I am 75 years old and sold my home recently. I was 2 years into the contract, and they took me to court and sued me to pay the three years left on the contract - even though I informed them when I sold the home and discontinued the service. The terms of the contractisr written in small print - be very careful.

My neighbor works for them so I gave them a chance. She always answers the phone in the Richmond office with such a helpful and cheerful attitude! They have a great referral program as well! This company is amazing and is great with calling right away when the alarm goes off. They have the best price and so much integrity! Great company!

Customer service lacks professionalism! They have very few workers and if you need someone to come out to do anything it will take a long time. You will be charged for everything. A person was sent out to my business and did not know why he was coming. That was a horrible experience.
