If you decide to leave your contract early, you are required to pay the rest of the contract, which can end up being a lot of money at once. Though the company's monitoring service has a website, Forward Home Security has very little information about the monitoring service provided, other than it uses "local employees." Forward Home Security does not list whether or not it is CSAA-certified, an important aspect of anyone hoping to purchase a reputable home security system.
