I recently purchased a home monitoring and safety system for my elderly mother from F.E. Moran in Indianapolis. Every aspect of my experience was positive. Travis T was most helpful in talking through the different options and helping design a system that would meet our needs. The installer Tom was very professional, and patiently answered all of my questions. Customer Service Manager Shalena H was great to work with in setting up special notification arrangements and answering follow-up questions. The entire team gets an A+.

Have used for approximately 10 years. Extremely responsive when either home or fire are inadvertently set off.
Disappointed with follow up to update inquiry.
I am in the market to upgrade my system and will give FE Moran the opportunity.

Have had about 9 years. Low price good service. like the central monitoring station. I do not like that you can't update the equipment easily. Price is reasonable.
