The only things working are our cameras. We have 6 issues that are not working. We called to try to get a tech help but they said no home visits do to the virus. Our state is 75% open now and we still need some help.

My remote never worked. I can't put alarm on at night because husband has dementia and opens doors. It is not a good fit for us because of his problems.

When they signed us up they never said anything about drilling holes in our walls. They came at 10 pm and was here until after 3 am and didn't seem to care I had to be to work at 5 am.
