I have been using the Monitoring Center for 8 or more years. They are very dependable. If I set off the alarm by mistake they call within a minute or two. They have called to tell me my battery was running low and need to replace it. I had Brinks before and Brinks can't come close to Monitoring Center. I Highly recommend them and you can't beat the price. Customer service is A++.

We had an existing Alarm System that we were able to upgrade. They were prompt and efficient. They have been monitoring fire and burglar at our home in Florida for 3 years. If the alarm is accidentally set off we receive a call within a minute. They will also call if there is a connectivity issue and walk you through it. No contracts and a low monthly fee. We've been very pleased.

Had to get rid of their service because they sold me defective equipment
Weren't providing any services yet they were billing my credit card
Found them to not be trustworthy
