Additionally, Security Solutions uses their Alarm-Bridge mesh radio system, which is different from a cellular radio system, to deliver a flawless security experience. Their website states they spent years building a reliable mesh radio network that offers more protection than a cellular connection. An Alarm-Bridge mesh radio system provides multiple paths for their connections versus a single point like cellular connections do. With a cellular connection, if the tower goes down, you would be without security service. However, with an Alarm-Bridge mesh radio system the connection has multiple paths it can follow so it's able to easily adapt to changes in the system.

As we mentioned above, Security Solutions offers a unique Alarm-Bridge mesh radio system that unlike a cellular connection is more reliable in the event of a problem with any given cellular tower. Additionally, all their monitoring services are performed locally which means they don't rely on third-party contractors to handle your security and safety issues. And that their not at the mercy of any third-party contractor to provide you with good customer service and a monitoring center that is always turned on. Security Solutions offers many features and benefits. They provide security systems, surveillance systems, home entertainment systems and personal and emergency response systems. They also offer carbon monoxide detection systems, remote video watching, as well as flood monitoring and freeze detection. This is primarily in line with what other companies offer.

Security Solutions doesn't disclose any pricing or example pricing on their website. That means you are forced to contact them if you want any product information at all. This is inconvenient for those who are just starting their search for a security company and only want some basic information to narrow down their options before wasting their time with a phone call. Additionally, the Security Solutions website doesn't contain much, if any, helpful information about this company's products and services. There's just a bunch of verbiage that doesn't really tell you anything. Even when you click on a menu tab the information they provide is so vague it just leaves you feeling like you've wasted your time. Most security companies provide some sort of equipment examples with price ranges, how long their contracts are if a warranty is provided and whether or not they offer a money-back guarantee. However, again Security Solutions does not disclose this on its site. You have to actually contact them for more information, which is extremely inconvenient and possibly unacceptable for most. Another thing we found odd was that Security Solutions doesn't have any home automation options whatsoever. This is unusual as most home security companies at least offer a few basic home automation options such as remote lights and door locks, etc. It's possible they do offer some home automation features; however, there is no indication on their website that they do.
The Bottom Line
While Security Solutions has been in the industry for a very long time, and they are unique in that they offer the Alarm-Bridge mesh radio system; however, they don't seem to have come into the modern age when it comes to offering a broader range of services. However, if home automation features are not important to you then you might want to consider this company for your security system. And, because they offer some great home entertainment features, as well as other additional services.
