This company is a joke! And possibly a fraud!!! My camera system was broken due to a cable company installing, phone, Internet. The tech broke my dvr box. I got approval from cox cable to have the system diagnostic and replaced if needed. The company cane to my house many times. After about the 3rd time they said I needed to replace the ENTIRE camera system that it was not able to be repaired! Well they came out to my house, installed the cameras and dvr not EVEN ran new wires! “ it gets better! In additional, the dvr box they brought was the wrong one! It was sparking nonstop behind the night stand! It was sparking so much I had to unplug the entire system for months as fear of a fire!!! Well, the cable companies 3rd party vendor now has questions about why they did what they did, upon install I asked if they would write something for me or if needed give a statement. They agreed, guess what.... now they refuse unless I pay them 1,200.00!!!!! I don’t know what is worse in this situation, the cable company who broke my system, or the camera company, innovative security, who has done nothing but almost burn my house down, possibly ripped me off, and sold me something I didn’t need, and lied that they would assist in court. Then wanting 1200.00 to do so! Flip a coin. I regret even calling innovative security, or hearing there name! WARNING: before engaging in any type of business with these scammers, make sure you have a fire extinguishers on hand, make sure there licensed in your state, DO NOT pay them until the entire job is done and working, and possibly have a attorney on hand! The office manager the guy I spoke to is beyond rude. He hung up the phone in my face! Horrible horrible horrible company!
