I like their mobile app for my phone. I have been happy with how they have treated me as a customer. They’ve helped me out when I’ve had false alarms and stuff. Some of the false alarms have cost me money and I would like it if they dropped the prices.

Support is always responsive and polite. They know who I am when I call. Installation is simple. It functions well, the way it is supposed to. It has lasted four plus years on the original batteries. I think they should include the app in the standard subscription because it being in the premium subscription leaves people feeling underwhelmed with value.

I chose frontpoint because it is self installation. It is easy to do. I have had some issues with the sensors. They are not cheap and I think they could do a better job replacing the equipment if it is faulty. I have moved to two different locations and have used frontpoint in these locations. There have been newer technologies released since I started with them and I have not been offered upgrades and I think for fifty dollars a month I should have the highest technology monitoring my house. They are pretty good with their customer service and the monitoring is great though.

When I have a question or need help with equipment, the staff members are right there to help. If alarm goes off you are immediately connected first by phone and if you can't be reached you get a text and email. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. In my opinion I think they are just wonderful.

I called to let them know that the system occasionally will let me know that a door opens, but it doesn't say it has closed for 30-45 minutes later. I called twice. They said it was fixed, but it happened twice after, although now it seems to be working well.

We have been trying to cancel our accounts since it expired last August and all I've gotten is the runaround. I called in two weeks ago and I was sent a link to cancel the account and 20 minutes after we got off the phone the link did not work so they still want more money from me when I just paid the bill in full I find this to be unfair treatment and extortion and therefore I will no longer do business nor will I recommend front point to anyone because they do Not call back.
