Their customer support was extremely helpful, especially when I moved, they helped me set up everything. They also sent me extra supplies in a timely manner, and encouraged me to call back if I had any issues, so I felt like they were quite informative.

This was the cheapest one at the time and it was just something that we decided we needed. It's been real good, I mean when you call them and they answer all the questions and help you through everything, they're just good about it. As for installations, the guy came in and just installed everything and gave us instruction, how to do and it was real good.

At the time when I was looking for a security system, Protect America was the most prevalent in my area. They simply offered what I needed. I've always had a good support from them. They've always answered my questions, and provided whatever service I needed. The system is good, I only had a problem when they updated it. They wanted me to put in the new machine myself, which I wasn't able to do, so I had a little trouble trying to get their consent to send over a technician to do that. Besides that, everything's very good. They're always on top of everything, and are timely with checking your equipment periodically.

It's been an awesome customer service! They've always known what to tell me, and when my key fob was failing, they figured out it was the battery, and they sent me a new one within 2 days. I also installed it myself, and it was really easy. Regarding the equipment, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. We had an outreach once, and my house was still secure because I have that wireless thing attached to it, so that was awesome! It's just a great company!

Their people has been good, and anytime you need information, they are more than willing to help you out. The system she has is an updated one, and it's working pretty good. I actually installed it myself, it was easy to set up, and the representatives guided me through the complete set up; from start to finish.

They're all very nice people, but I just had trouble setting up the system because of my disability. Fortunately, somebody came over and helped me. The was pretty easy to install, but I didn't like the cameras. Since they have electrical cords, I'm going to have to have an electrician come over, and that means more money. I just haven't had good luck with it. Besides that, everybody's wonderful and really nice!

It was very simple to install, I did it myself, and the system has worked very well so far. I think the price is right as well, they've kept it very reasonable. They're highly competitive, and that makes it a bargain. I've had some equipment failures as well, and they replace them promptly. I've been very satisfied with them; their people always respond very quickly to emergency situations.

Setting up the equipment was timely and good, plus, it's worked very well. Customer support actually walked me through things I didn't understand. They took their time to help me. I actually had a fire in the house, and because of the hook up that I have with Protect America, they noticed it right away and called me so I could get out of the house. They even called afterwards to see if everybody was okay. I appreciated that.

ADT told me I had to own my home to have a security system, while Protect America didn't require that. I accidentally pushed something the first week of having the system, and they had the cops come over right away, so that's when I figured out it actually works. The representatives got us straightened out right away, so it's been a very good experience. An ADT representative approached me with an offer, but I said no. I'm very pleased with Protect America.

Their customer feedback online was very good for Protect America when I chose them, so I decided to go with them. Plus, they have given me the opportunity to upgrade to additional features, but they never raise my rate. It wasn't difficult at all to install it. They actually walked me through everything, and that was very helpful. The representatives were very helpful, and they double checked everything. I'd say they're very professional as well. I had an incident where they called me to tell me that somebody was in my house. It appeared to be somebody with permission, but unfortunately did not know the code. They gave me the option to cancel the alarm, that way, the police wouldn't have to go over.

Whenever I had a problem, their customer service answers pretty much everything over the phone, and they're pretty clear as well. So far, I haven't had a problem with their equipment. I recently had a battery problem, but that's kind of expected after having this service for over 10 years. Besides, installing it was simple. They're reasonably priced, and they're willing to upgrade your service when you run out of your contract.

Their support is very good! They're knowledgeable, they know how to assist you if you have any problems in programming, and they're just right on it. Also, the system was really easy to install. You can do it yourself, and don't need anybody. They'll walk you through the installation process if you have any problems. Overall, I just think it's a great company, and it does what it says it does.

Their consultants are always very knowledgeable, very prompt and get the job done on the first call. They're very patient as well; they don't rush you off the phone and don't put you on hold much. I just love their customer service, and the service itself!

At first, the installation process was confusing. I wasn't really sure in how to place everything, but the technician on the phone was very efficient. I live in the desert, and the sun melted the adhesive, so my alarm went off because the sensor picked up that drop on the window. They sent over more adhesive right away. Everything has been very positive.

The main reason I chose Protect America was because it has a self-install option, and that was actually pretty straight forward. I'm a bit technical myself, so it must've been easier for me, however, everything was pretty simple, even for beginners. Plus, their customer support has been fantastic! I think they're one of those under rated companies. So far, I have absolutely zero complaints., and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Customer service has been very good. We've had to set up a couple of systems from scratch, so that takes a while, but they walked me through it over the phone. I guess what made me choose Protect America was that they have better equipment, and it's cheaper. I'm also much happier with the wireless system. This is definitely better than the old one.

Everything has been really good, I mean, we weren't even thinking about getting one, but after seeing an advertisement on T.V., we decided to check it out. That was over 10 years ago! The only problem we've had is the time I got to replace the battery. Other than that, I've had some sensors that go bad over the years, and we've replaced them using the warranty we have, so that's not a problem. All I can say is that this is a good system. I'm not disappointed.

Installing the system was pretty straight forward. I don't really know anything about security systems, except that they monitor it, but they let me know when I activate it, and when I disarm it. Our alarm has gone off in the middle of the night, and they immediately call and stay on the phone with you, until the whole thing is figured out. Installing the system is time consuming, like any other alarm system company, and a little tedious, but the result is good. I like that the cellular panels are not connected to our internet cable, so even if the electricity goes out, we're still protected. They're just very good.

We've had Protect America for 15 years, and we've never had an issue. I don't like ADT, and at the time, that's all we had in my town. After doing some research online, I found Protect America, and they were much better! They mailed me the system, and I installed it on my own. Their customer support knows exactly what you're doing and when you're doing. They have so much information. When I first got with their customer support, they were very good. Installing the system was fine, and the equipment has been good, however, somethings is not working well. The alarm goes off if I open a door. I live alone, and can't screw with that stuff. Also, it seems like every time I buy new batteries, they just don't work. Besides that, they're very good with me. They give me time to call them when I accidentally set the alarm off.

The people at customer support are very, very good. They are alert, they do what you asked them to do to the best of their knowledge. The installation was very good; the guy came and put everything like we wanted it, and he has done a good job at it. This is the third unit that we've had; we've had their service for years. You install your own system, but it's a simple process. They gave you written instructions which are very easy to follow, and if you have any concerns after that, you just call while you're doing the installation. Plus, they're very responsive. I've set off the alarm by accident before, and they immediately called to make sure everything was alright. The monthly cost is very competitive, definitely less expensive than ADT.

Protect America was recommended to me. I followed up on that recommendation, and it's been a good relationship. The price is right. Customer service makes it sort of like two companies. When I had some problems, I was dealing with people that were low-authority on the phone call; it was a lot of frustration, but once they hooked me into one of the advisers, she went way overboard and just fixed all the problems and restored my faith. Installing the equipment's a little bit cumbersome, because I was an old timer when there were actual physical techs that came to the house. I think my first system was back in 1988 or something like that, so I had an agent that came to the house. Now, when I upgraded my system I had to do it all through the phone, and it works, but it can be a little bit cumbersome. The new upgrade has been working well.

Customer support is excellent; any time I have a question or problem, somebody gets on there and helps me and is very patient and takes whatever time is needed to solve my problem. We have the home security system. They kept me very safe, in fact on a Christmas eve somebody threw a break to my back window and entered the house and as soon as the alarm went off they went out the front door, nothing was missing so they did their job. they've kept me safe twice so one time somebody tried to break in and they actually caught him during the break in.

I like my service so far I have nothing to complain about it. Everyone was very polite and very courteous so I think they're really doing a great job. I am very satisfied- I've been using this for about 15 years or more. The only thing I have is I'm having problem with the wireless system that I got from my windows. I got one I pay for it and I have to send it back, I got another one and this one does not work either, one work and one business so I still have the one one that is not protected.
