We just had our system put in yesterday so it’s too early for an overall rating, however, the process has been quite good!! Adrian, our salesperson, was very good…none of the high pressure stuff!! Explained everything to the best of his knowledge and patient with all of our numerous questions!! Jesse, the technician assigned to install our system, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before he left!!

Worst Company Ever. Sales guy showed up and sold the product when we had just purchased our home. Previous owner already had system installed so he said everything was working fine did a walk through and activated our service. Come to find out 6 months later. All our sensors were out. And if there had been an emergency our system would not have worked. They work for brinks, brinks sent me one of their techs and since they didn’t install I was going to have to pay. I fought and they made it right. If you can get in directly through the main company, do so. Brinks tech had to rewire and reset the whole house.

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

I was first signed up with Revamp by Darrell. Never told me I needed a permit (1st time with a security company) or that the price he quoted was before tax. Also connected everything through wifi instead of a pre-existing system. Alex with Allied saved me! He made sure I was taken care of and they even used the pre-existing wired system instead of wi-fi! Like night and day. I even had to fall Revamp to issue my refund for their equipment a week AFTER they picked it up. Not only that, they never canceled the monitoring services through ADT! They charged me for monitoring equipment I dont even have! Do NOT go with Revamp! Allied is SO much better!

When i called in search of a security provider for our particular needs, we were met with knowledge, patience, and thoroughness in explanation of the services offered to find the one that best suit our needs. We only recently got our security service connected by Joaquin a couple daysbago who has been very thorough and detailed in his explanation. Even when we had questions after the fact he was helpful in responding. Looking forward to this journey ahead with Allied Security for monitoring our home, which I should only hope will continue to be met with great service. The security system is okay. The motion sensor batteries have been replaced in 10 months. My doorbell has not worked since February. I have tried several ways to get assistance. I am very disappointed with the door bell camera.

I find to be most advance security system in the market , not only it is easy to manage but also very reliable . They are very professional in choosing the right security system according to my needs and although i have diy the project but they helped me in that with guides which was very helpful for me. I was bit worried about the theft in the areas but i find very secure already in my home. It has top standard quality standard product which i think will going to last years.

Jason J did such a great job. He was polite and professional, and very efficient with the install. Afterwards he walked me through how to use the entire system, and left zero mess behind. I rarely recommend people to contact technicians directly, but Jordan is an unbelievable spokesman for Allied Home. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, or talked down to in my interaction with Jordan.
