I am disappointed with the limited area view of the cameras. Also, I was not advised there are 2 different charges from 2 different companies. Alder & Kami. The quality is not worth the charge.

The only problem we had was someone called the police department way too fast instead of asking us if we needed assistance. It's easy to install and take with you if you move.

My system says "low battery" and it took close to a month for them to determine I needed a new battery. The customer service is bad and I think there are other systems for cheaper. But, it serves my purposes.

Alarm randomly goes off and the police were sent to my house. The online app is usually delayed when trying to set my alarm. But other than that I like the system

I was under the impression initially that because I was being chosen as P R tool for my neighbor, that there would be no cost to me. But that soon changed as the conversation went on. I believe that Adler trained their workers to use that initial free line just to get the customer to take the bait. Well it worked but I just wanted you to know I could have rejected the whole deal, if I had wanted to but I'll try it out. Seems like something I can use.

I need printed information on how to access my system, etc. It is impossible to remember everything that was covered by the technicians when they installed my system. I am afraid to hit buttons. I thought there would be more printed information but there isn't.

The installation process went very smoothly without any issues. The technician was very professional and helpful. He also was also done in about 45 minutes. I like the fact that I am also saving money and my system was upgraded. I had a great experience.

What I liked was customer service with a speedy service Now what I didn’t like was when I got it out the alarms were not labeled, making it difficult to find out if it was a window or a door alarm
