Because when this system was advertised to me I was told I would rd over a door camera and never did . When I call back to ask the rep told me that wasn't included in my pricing that was one of main reasons why I even wanted the alarm system because I receive a lot of packages

They are friendly and the system is working the way it is expected. Everything was working properly after installation, but then I needed something to be replaced and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. They could improve customer support.

The customer support I received was good, she was able to help me and give me money that was promised once I cancelled my other service. But, the salesmen need to be more honest to the customers so that they know what they are getting. The salesman I had was rude and lied to me.

Monthly fee was more than I was quoted. Was told the battery would last 6 months on each camera and I've already had to charge both of them. Most times the live feed doesn't load.

Service was good....customer service is the worst I've ever experienced for a service that I paid for. I literally had to hang up on the rep because she wouldn't take NO that I did not want to renew my service. Wished I had read the reviews before signing up for your service!!! Hope I dont' have to retain a layer to end this. I did my part and paid for the 5 years I signed up for. Never missed or late on a payment, now do your part and honor my wishes to end this!

The sales rep are very friendly I was aware of the 60months contract, unfortunately I was under a contract with Brinks and Alder could not pay off the whole contract decided to cancel with the 3 days with Alder no issue just the long hold times to talk to someone other then that they are true and honest with their fees so its mind blowing how so many people just don't read the contracts. You get one in person and by email.

Nice piece of mind to have. But, when you don't need it anymore (I'm moving to a high-rise which has security already in it) and don't need it any more, have a good time trying to get ahold of a human-being to stop payments and try to return the equipment.
