Extremely rude when call them for help! The alarm is defaulting and beeping in the middle of the night as someone is entering the house. When called them with questions and asked them to come inspect the sensors, the guy on the phone was not helpful to say the least, rude and entitled and acted as I am asking for for a favor! Not that he has to come and do the job he is been paid for on monthly basis! Will be looking for a new and better provider. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
