Technical service is terrible. Unit stopped working and we were promised a replacement six times and never received it, Still working on getting a replacement after 3 months. Do not buy Lorex products!!

Purchased my security cam at Costco two years ago, last week Aug 15th my $130 cam is a paper weight now. Right out of the blue Lorex STOPPED support. BS company. Never again will you get my business Lorex

Same problem here after the update there was nothing but the letters Lorex in white. I called after 2 hrs on hold I was told my system is not going to work. Know I’m waiting on a email from them.

Giving 1 star is to many in my opinion. Customer service & tech support was rude, and no help. They have you do a update, but the update want work until August 23rd. Had to do update by August 15. Bunch of BS.

The cameras were very slow and freeze up frequently. When you get tired of working or lack of working with customer service and return them it will take 14 days to get your refund once the item is in the warehouse.

Warning, call tech support BEFORE you buy any product from Lorex. You will find that there is no tech support. These products are effectively sold "as is". Not possible to reach anyone.

Don't buy from lorex just check with Better Business Bureau or the BBB. Lorex is the worst company honeslly. They screwed me and I can't get any calls or service. They're robbers selling crap.

Will not replace a defective part. emailed them several times, most of the time no reply. they asked me for my address and where I bought the camera twice and I answered them twice, but the last 4 emails no reply.
