I have had 3 Foscam outside security cameras for over 5 years. I only had one camera with cloud service, the rest with my SD card for viewing. My yearly renew was due for the year. I decided to cancel that one cloud service for 1 camera due to the increase of the subscription. Within less than a week all my cameras went off. I have 0 access to my settings or any control of the cameras. I also cannot get on my account to get any information. Their phone number for support rings several times and then hangs up. I have so far sent 2 emails with no response to my problem. Customer service is non existent. After having invested many dollars in these cameras, I am left with useless equipment. Be aware before you buy.
