There are not a lot of choices in Florida when insuring a home on Gulf. Citizens saved the day! Recently, the company we were with went insolvent, Citizen insured us and it was actually less expensive that the previous insurer.

What I like about them is they have always been fair on their pricing. What I don’t like about them is they can sometimes be the only company out there writing for policies so they can control the pricing
