Initially, the collaboration with Citizens was okay because of the cost. I never had to file a claim, but due to the location of my home (Florida) the cost increase tremendously and I had to find another company.

Currently have them as my home insurance and they have been very difficult to deal with. Their prices are not bad, but I may look into someone else soon.
