Terrible name for furniture company. The marketing team did a good job Reviving The Brand but there are plenty of people like myself who just can't buy a sofa with the name Lazy Boy on it. Store experiences kind of low end not my speed and Brooke Shields is not enough to convince me otherwise. Does anyone actually believe that Brooke Shields would go shopping at Lazy Boy if she was not a spokeswoman? Lol

Products seem overpriced for their quality. My husband has had a computer chair only for a couple of years and the leather is looking really bad and the cushion has flattened to the point that he had to buy an additional cushion to tackle it. We went to a store to look at a new chair and they don't carry any in their stores to test and look at. If you sit by the desk a lot, you'll want to test out the chair physically before you buy one blindly.

The quality isn't as good as it was when my parents bought lazy boy in the 90s. That recliner is still going and is more comfortable than the new one I just got. The service guy we had was God awful
