I bought a brand new la-z-boy recliner 8 years ago and it's fantastic. The recline function still works perfectly. I call it my "Joey Chandler" Chair. I'll be buying another one soon.

I thought I was becoming my grandma when I bought the first La-Z-Boy for our home, but boy am I wrong... I am convinced nobody is in a bad mood, they just need to find the right chair. For us, we found ours at La-Z-Boy, and I am never moving out of it! Their staff were very helpful in assisting us to find the right fit, for functionality, comfort, and consistency with our other furniture. Check them out!

Lazy Boy has impressed me with my son's Recliner it held up for many years before he gave it away. It was priced in the medium range. I thought at first it was pricey, but it lasted many years without problems. I would say the quality of the recliner was very nice.

All of my babies were nursed and rocked in my perfect fit La-Z-Boy recliner. It is so amazing that many nights I fell asleep in the recliner while caring for my sick little ones. The fabric cleans up easily. And after several years it still looks great in my room where my kids now are snuggling up in it to read. Now thats what I call a great piece of furniture.

My elderly mother bought a La-Z-Boy recliner many years ago. She uses it every day and absolutely loves it. She chose one with an electric footrest that she can easily raise and lower. She was able to try out many different types of chairs and see and feel different fabric options in the store. She ordered her chair and had it delivered to her home. It did take several weeks for delivery and was not cheap, but her chair is still in excellent working condition and was well worth the money.

I love my La-Z-Boy. Ive had my current one for almost 10 years. It’s comfortable, durable, and I love the warranty. La-Z-Boy has great customer service and are great to deal with when talking to customer service. I once bought a recliner from a discount furniture store. The recliner was far inferior to the quality of my lazy boy. I will not buy another recliner unless its from La-Z-Boy.

People seem friendly and know their information. However, i was rushed from chair to chair (I was looking for a recliner), told to pick a chair, and suddenly''' with addons for type of fabric, style of chair, warranty, etc. had a bill of $1700. When I saidvthe bill was too high, some costs were subtracted, a few were added, and I was in debt for half the cost while waiting for six to eight weeks ( still has not come) to pay the remaining $800 or so dollars.

Terrible name for furniture company. The marketing team did a good job Reviving The Brand but there are plenty of people like myself who just can't buy a sofa with the name Lazy Boy on it. Store experiences kind of low end not my speed and Brooke Shields is not enough to convince me otherwise. Does anyone actually believe that Brooke Shields would go shopping at Lazy Boy if she was not a spokeswoman? Lol

Products seem overpriced for their quality. My husband has had a computer chair only for a couple of years and the leather is looking really bad and the cushion has flattened to the point that he had to buy an additional cushion to tackle it. We went to a store to look at a new chair and they don't carry any in their stores to test and look at. If you sit by the desk a lot, you'll want to test out the chair physically before you buy one blindly.
