I’d like to Costco as long as there was no conflict with my bill. Once there was a conflict with my bill and I paid it in full they were very slow to close out my account with zero balance. As far as products go, Costco is very good and I would recommend it. Just administrative side was not very helpful. Jon Bohlmann

My experiences with Costco furniture has been hit and miss. I bought a pre-fabricated shed...garbage. But I also bought some patio furniture that has stood the test of the elements here in Utah. The best part of the buying process at Costco is the returns policy. Hassle free!

Good products, usually. Pretty good value for product sizes. Customer service/care is usually pretty good. Need to use fragrance free cleaning products for better air and health. Fragrances sold should not be allowed to sample and spray for everyone to have to breathe. Probably the best wholesale club in the US, though.
