Costco has the best return policy by a long shot. We purchased a sectional and had it for 3 years before it started to tear at a seam. Costco took the sectional back and refunded the full amount with no questions asked.

Some of the furniture is in great condition and it's really nice that you can take it home with you the day of purchasing it. Sadly one time I wanted to buy a lounge chair but it had a stain on it and it was the last one they had. It was disappointing that they hadn't kept all of the chairs in good condition.

My experience with Costco has been amazing. They offer a guarantee to return anything that you are not fully satisfied with and replace it or give you your money back. I have had several items that have broke and I have been able to return them for an exchange or refund. I will buy from them solely for that reason.

Costco is a great place to buy furniture because they have the furniture on the warehouse floor for you to try out before purchasing and you can usually bring it back if you are unhappy with it after trying it out at home!

I’d like to Costco as long as there was no conflict with my bill. Once there was a conflict with my bill and I paid it in full they were very slow to close out my account with zero balance. As far as products go, Costco is very good and I would recommend it. Just administrative side was not very helpful. Jon Bohlmann
