The company’s website says that its "behind-the-ear" A and X series are the most comfortable for most users, but its "completely-in-canal" C Series is almost invisible. After the trial period has expired, Embrace Hearing’s warranty is three years for its C and X Series, and two years for its A Series. During this time, manufacturer defects and replacements for rechargeable batteries and worn-out receivers are covered at no cost to you.
