Custom Programming

While some online companies offer products that come "pre-fitted" with a generic hearing profile, Embrace Hearing’s high-performance hearing aids are custom programmed by its audiologists to meet the precise needs of your hearing test. You can provide a test from a local audiologist or do an online test on Embrace Hearing's website.

Design Options

Embrace Hearing’s devices are designed to be discreet and easy to use, with the most recent software available. They are custom programmed by the company’s U.S. board-certified audiologists, so you can trust that the devices are correctly programmed, reliable, and sturdy.

The company’s website says that its "behind-the-ear" A and X series are the most comfortable for most users, but its "completely-in-canal" C Series is almost invisible. The X-Series includes Bluetooth to connect to your phone and comes in both rechargeable and regular battery options. If you regularly wear face masks, hard-hats, hearing protection, stethoscopes, and/or large rimmed eye-glasses, then the C Series is also a good option for you.

Affordability

Because Embrace Hearing buys its products directly from leading European manufacturers and then sells them online, the company is able to price them at a more affordable cost to you as the consumer. 

The company also sells only a limited selection of devices that are proven to meet its high standards of performance, so it doesn’t spend unnecessary money on lower-quality inventory.

In addition to its refund and warranty policies, Embrace Hearing offers lifetime access to professional audiologists and other experienced customer support representatives. Its repair process (if necessary) is quite simple, and your product will be returned to you within 48 hours if you end up having to send it in for a major repair.

Plus, Embrace Hearing’s website has a number of instructional videos and answered FAQs for your reference, in hopes that you will be able to solve many of your own questions and concerns without having to spend the money for simple repairs.

Trial and Warranty

Embrace Hearing offers a 45-day free trial where you can try out your new hearing aids, and if necessary, you can return them for a full refund. There are no restocking or programming charges — Embrace Hearing refunds 100 percent of what you paid within 24 hours of receiving your return.

After the trial period has expired, Embrace Hearing’s warranty is three years for its C and X Series, and two years for its A Series. During this time, manufacturer defects and replacements for rechargeable batteries and worn-out receivers are covered at no cost to you.

Once your warranty has expired, repairs and replacements may no longer be free, but the company offers a lifetime support from its professional audiologists that you can contact at any time with questions or concerns.

The folks at Embrace Hearing will work with you until you can say your experience is great. They listen to concerns, are thoughtful and use their knowledge to make improvements in programming, etc. When I first received my new aids, my wife indicated they were horrible. After some patience and a couple of programming iterations, she now says they are the best hearing aids I've ever had. Turnaround for programming is about 3 days from ship to receive. I highly recommend Embrace Hearing.

I am very happy with my purchase. I have been unable to test my hearing aids in a public setting due to the pandemic. I am semi retired and have been working from home exclusively. I am tempted but unable to provide a 5 star review due to the limited public exposure. I can provide a solid 5 stars on the Bluetooth telephone feature. I previously struggled hearing on the phone and I can now hear extremely well.

I replaced my former hearing aids so I could have Bluetooth connectivity and I'm happy with the overall functionality of these. I think the design of the battery door could be better (I liked the design of my old Moxi hearing aid best.) I also wish the case was textured so that it would be easier to hold onto. The smooth case is too slick/slippery.
