Variety of Options

Widex offers a wide range of options when it comes to hearing aids. Whether you are looking for hearing aids for adults, teens, young children, or babies, Widex has uniquely tailored hearing aids meant to cater to the needs of the age group and level of activity.

Widex also offers different lines of hearing aids, suited for certain audiences.

Its MOMENT hearing aids are designed to produce a more natural sound, be resistant to water moisture, and offer convenient rechargeability. They also offer the fastest sound processing available — at 0.5 milliseconds. This makes for clearer sound quality.

Its EVOKE hearing aid is the world’s first smart hearing aid. Using the app, you can build your own sound profile and the hearing aid will automatically detect which sounds to filter out and which ones to let through.

Plus, Widex has a Zen app as part of its portfolio, which is meant to help people who suffer from tinnitus to relax and reduce the ringing sensation in their ears. The app contains exercises which help reduce stress and keep your tinnitus from flaring up.

Comparison Chart

Widex has a helpful comparison chart on its website where you can determine which hearing aid is right for you based on a number of features including available colors, compatibility with iPhone or Android, rechargeability, etc.

Widex offers both in-the-ear (ITE) models and behind-the-ear (BTE) models. The features of both can be explored and evaluated on the company’s website, but ultimately, you will need to meet with a hearing care professional to determine the right hearing aid for you.

Robust Website

Widex as a company has been around for over 60 years and has developed a wealth of information and resources, which can be found on the company’s website.

With a blog, FAQs, informational pages, product pages, testimonials, and more, the Widex website is full of helpful information for current and potential customers.

The Bad

  • No Pricing Listed

No Pricing Listed

Widex does not provide any pricing or promotional deals on its website, so customers have no way of even knowing the price range they are looking at when considering Widex products.

While it is fairly standard in the industry to not give specific prices of hearing aids, since there is so much variability, it would still be helpful to include a range so customers can decide if looking more into Widex products is even worth their time.
