Available Styles

I really like the Hearing aids I have bought a few in the past. But don't believe that they are shipped from the United States. It's from China and they take about a month to get here.

I have used the X3 devices for several years and replaced them as needed. Unfortunately, after the last purchase, they sent the incorrect (MUCH less expensive!) devices than the X3s I ordered. Two messages to support were sent over several weeks with no response. Will not be buying from them again. Beware!

Misleading promo email, bad customer service. I had checked out & paid for 1 hearing aid (which shouldve included a battery as per the listing). Afterwards, an email came in asking if I wanted to add in 60x batteries, in which they can add to my current order so that I dont incur any extra shipping cost. This was not true at all. I asked customer service how I can redeem the “free shipping” as I already had a current order that i just placed (30mins ago) and they said I have to place order first and they will refund me the 2nd shipping fee. I ended up paying an extra $26 just to ship the batteries. When I asked for an update on the refund status, they did not reply me at all despite multiple chasers. Hearing aid isnt the best either, the user find it extremely hard to fit the aid in his ear properly. Even once it is sitting in the ear canal properly, the beeping sound will still be evident, even when user is eating and id chewing, which causes the aid to shift and would start blasting the beeping sounds. Will never purchase from this unethical company again

It’s now June 23 and 36 days since they said I would get a left ear aid to replace one of the right ear aids that had been sent to me several months ago in a order witch was for the 3 x aids that they never sent. Unfortunately they don’t respond to any emails unless they feel like it . They don’t have a rate low enough for this company art soden

We purchased a hearing aide from Hearglow for my husband several months ago. We thought it would be the perfect hearing aide after reading their many reviews and the company's claims in their advertising. My husband tried his best to make it work, but the irritating very tinny sounds and over-amplification of certain other sounds made it impossible for him to tolerate wearing it. After a few weeks of wearing, he put it in the box and there he left it. Unfortunate for us, he left it there a few weeks past the designated return date, but we called the company anyway, to see if we they would make an exception. They declined, but offered to sell us another hearing aide that was less expensive. Because we purchased the most expensive one they make originally, believing it would be their best we declined. Sadly we are left with a $300 hearing aide package that my husband cannot use.

I live in Kuwait and ordered and paid for the X3 Digital product from Hearglow 3 months ago. I still have not received it and they are not even answering my emails. First they answered my email saying that they could not ship it and they will ship it through other means, I paid for the express shipping. Now and for the last 3 weeks they have not answered my emails. I feel I was scammed. How can I get a refund ?

Initial reaction was positive. However, multiple failures and lengthy wait for replacement changed my opinion. Received first pair in December 2020 and 1 unit failed in March 2021. Experienced a 3 additional failures by May 2021. With an average 2 week replacement the down time without a working pair is nearly 20%. Bottom line: THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND REPLACEMENT IS SLOW.

Complete scam. Received the hearing aids and they were awful. Returned them to an address in China and they have been held in customs for 3 months. I'm guessing, very unlikely to ever be released and therefore, no refund.

The devices arrived following a delay. Don’t be fooled by the shipping options- the units are shipped from Cigna. One of the aids was broken on arrival. Return process is thru China, is difficult, and assures delay in refund processing.
