Cigna customer service is ridiculous response to emails months, to get through on the phone 45 minuet wait and then when you get through staff very rude I would not recommend AXA is 100% better than Cigna on customer service

Worst coverage I've ever had. They cannot provide details of costs ahead of time and NONE of my three doctor networks are in-network this year, resulting with 100% out of pocket costs, including well visits. Abhorrent.

High premiums, high deductibles, low care and service. Plain and simple, they just want your money and have implemented ways to NOT give you coverage. Another big company that doesn't care for its members.
