Aflac

Have had cancer policy since 2007. Diagnosed with leukemia earlier this year. Taking chemo pills. Told by Aflac to take picture of pill bottle and submit. First several times no problem. For past 4 months denied claim due to dark picture. It is not that dark. Can see and read label easily. Took additional pics and tried to lighten. Still rejected. So disappointed with Aflac. They seem to look for ways to deny my claims. Bone marrow biopsy recently same type issues. Submitted everything the hospital gave me. Still denied or in pending status. Beware of Aflac. Not the company they used to be.
